What changed in this PR
Improves archive scanning in the test2code agent to support executable JARs with prepended launch scripts and adds coverage for Spring Boot archive layouts.
Changes:
- Uses
JarFilefor top-level archives and shares entry-processing logic with nested archive scanning. - Adds tests for
BOOT-INF/classes, nested dependency JARs, and executable JARs. - Skips build finalization when no methods were scanned.
