Summary

• Add a streaming multipart endpoint for uploading one .jsonl transcript into the uploads project.

Behavior

Uploaded files are limited by RECENSA_MAX_UPLOAD_BYTES (256 MiB by default), stored under RECENSA_PROJECTS_DIR/uploads, and remain available in the session history alongside source sessions.
