Tester prerelease: SDM fix plus referenced-library harvesting

Version: 2.5.10-harvesting20261005.1. Consumes the previously published shared libraries 6.3.2-harvesting20261005.1.

This adds ordinary C# project-library harvesting on top of the SDM build-only hotfix. Project DLLs and their dependencies are preserved in Automation, GQI and solution packages. The SDK forwards the active build configuration to all packaging evaluations, uses Release outputs for Release builds, and resolves/caches rooted project references by full path.

The final-package regressions cover ordinary no-NuGet Automation/GQI/solution packaging, Debug/Release, fresh/populated caches, classic/multitarget/transitive/diamond libraries, solution grouping and the existing GQI API identity. All 30 SDK task cases pass per net48/net10.0 host under CI's Release configuration using a fresh public-only restore of the producer packages. Real library-calling Automation and legacy GQI projects were also built through the bundled task on Core and desktop MSBuild, with exact DLL payload bytes and generated imports checked.

The public distributed SDK was then restored from nuget.org into separate fresh Core and desktop caches. All 16 real package checks passed: ordinary automation/GQI and transitive/multitarget library-calling automation/GQI, each Debug/Release on both hosts. Selected Runtime 1.0.3 remains once by identity; older assembly-bearing Runtime payload follows deliberately unchanged legacy hints. Public SDK nupkg SHA256: A5FB3DE042AE7C7D70C6345FDD3A79F09BDB83D8D380D3CF746D2BD30DB1D996.

The reproducible test solution and commands and recorded results were committed after publication so the fixtures consume the actual public SDK. The release tag remains at reviewed 4b24b8381cd46477d2ee5ded44f4509f0881f95e.

Kimi K3's requested reliability review is complete and both findings were addressed. AppPackages is unchanged. No minimum solution dependencies were raised.

For an SDM-only control, use the independently published SDK 2.5.9-sdmfix20261005.1. Regenerate affected installation packages before testing; changing the SDK does not fix already-generated script XML.

This is a branch-targeted tester prerelease. No stable release or PR merge is implied. Live DataMiner upgrade, dependent-library execution and GQI query verification remain explicitly deferred pending an approved target.

2.5.9-sdmfix20261005.1

Tester-only SDM build-only dependency hotfix; PR #​139 remains unmerged.

Consumes shared CICD packages 6.3.1-sdmfix20261005.1. Successfully inspected selected packages with no applicable assemblies no longer allow their discarded older versions back through directory-hint or payload processing. Runtime dependencies and independent older consumers remain supported. PR #​188 harvesting is intentionally not included.

Pin Skyline.DataMiner.Sdk to 2.5.9-sdmfix20261005.1 in global.json's msbuild-sdks section, then rebuild affected .dmapp packages. Updating the SDK alone does not repair previously generated script XML.

Original private repro execution, approved-target upgrades, and dependent-library runtime execution remain unverified/deferred. This is a prerelease for tester feedback, not a stable release.
