Changes

• Added .github/aw/syntax-checkout.md (87 lines) with the full checkout: field reference, including the multi-repository allowlist section.
• Trimmed the inline checkout: block out of syntax-agentic.md down to a short pointer — this also pulled it back from 397 lines (near the 400-line limit) to 345.
• Added a checkout: row to the syntax.md index.
• Fixed syntax-engine.md's engine.model-routing entry: allowed-models is no longer listed as required, and now documents the omitted-value/model-family default and cross-import merge behavior.
