…-test Move the masterdata api-test from apitest-commons 1.6.0 to the current 1.8.0-SNAPSHOT. 1.8.0-SNAPSHOT runs on Hibernate 6.4.4, where DBManager needs the commit fix from mosip/mosip-functional-tests#2012; without it the test-rig DB cleanup is rolled back, the setup zone mapping of the run user to the root zone stays, and UpdateRegistrationCenter_05, RegCenterFilter_04, CreateZoneUser_01 and the machine zone tests fail. The masterdata api-test should run on the current apitest-commons. 1.8.0-SNAPSHOT uses Hibernate 6.4.4, where
DBManagermust commit the cleanup transaction (fixed in mosip/mosip-functional-tests#2012).
