The README labels its epoch value as nanoseconds but supplies a microsecond-scaled number. Use 1656855443000000000 and state its UTC date, July 3, 2022 at 13:37:23 (2022-07-03T13:37:23Z), preserving the documented nanosecond unit.

Closes #6. Only the epoch example and its explanation change; #7 remains with PR #10.

Validation: an external Python calculation failed against the original example and passes with the corrected nanosecond value and UTC timestamp. git diff --check passes. The documented mvn clean install -Pqulice cannot run because master has no pom.xml or qulice profile; no runtime verification is claimed.

Global local commit hooks report existing Markdown formatting and missing REUSE metadata; these failures remain visible, and no hook settings or quality gates change. The focused commit is submitted through GitHub’s API.

Subsequent PR/CI work belongs to the existing eo-time PR-maintenance wish. Sync with master and gh-merge immediately when all head CI is green and conflicts are absent, without waiting for reviews; never Rultor.
