Update to the latest upstream bugfix releases, the same versions as master (openwrt/packages 295e53fff8 and 5258ec2c04, bird moved there). Only PKG_VERSION and PKG_HASH change. The master commit that switches bird3 to ATOMIC64_DEPENDS is not backported, because that macro does not exist on openwrt-25.12.
Tested: bird2, bird2c, bird2cl, bird3, bird3c and bird3cl were built in the openwrt-24.10 SDK (armsr/armv8) and passed the generic tests and test-version.sh in the openwrt/rootfs:aarch64_generic-openwrt-24.10 container. The Makefiles are the same in the openwrt-25.12 and openwrt-24.10 PRs.
