Configuration file now conforms to the generic preCICE adapter configuration schema: participant_name, precice_config_file_path, and interfaces (with mesh_name, read_data, write_data) are now top-level keys, and all other Micro Manager settings (simulation_params, tasking, etc.) are nested under a new top-level micro_manager key. The preCICE participant name is now configurable via participant_name (default "Micro-Manager"). All configuration files must be migrated to the new structure.
