Overview
Regenerates content/operate/rc/api/api-reference/openapi.json to match the current RC API surface, with no apparent changes to paths, parameters, or response schemas.

Data Integration proxy: operationId values on the subscription data-integration-workspace routes (with and without the /** suffix) are renumbered across HTTP methods—for example GET on the wildcard path moves from proxyDataIntegrationWorkspace_1 to proxyDataIntegrationWorkspace_3. That is typical when the underlying generator reassigns suffixes; behavior described in each operation is unchanged.

Agent Memory: Several memory-store operations (listMemoryStores, get/delete store, API key create/delete, etc.) only reorder entries under responses (e.g. 200/201/204 vs 403/404/424). Descriptions and $ref schemas stay the same; this affects doc ordering, not the documented contract.
