maybe try to avoid a horizontal scrollbar when the iri is very long

Fixes #2279
The Extended Metadata panel on show pages now scrolls when there are
many attributes, instead of stretching the whole page.
The panel heading and Expand All / Collapse All buttons stay outside
the scroll area. Panels with few attributes are unchanged.
Tested locally with a study containing 40 attributes plus nested
linked metadata.
