## Project Overview 📜

### Overview
GPWR Web is a decentralized, non-profit public good platform designed to combat online misinformation, ensure identity privacy, and provide censorship-resistant information sharing. Utilizing peer-to-peer (P2P/IPFS) architecture, Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP) identity mechanisms, and an AI-driven decentralized "Truth-Engine," GPWR Web operates as a location-neutral public utility.

### Project Details
- **Architecture:** P2P / IPFS distributed content layer.
- **Privacy Engine:** Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP) for user credential authentication without identity disclosure.
- **Verification System:** AI-assisted consensus verification ("Truth-Engine") for content integrity.
- **Governance & Neutrality:** Location-neutral non-profit framework (neutral jurisdiction/Switzerland structure planned).

GPWR Web provides a decentralized identity and verification infrastructure that can seamlessly integrate into the Web3 and Polkadot ecosystem, promoting privacy-focused data verification and public data integrity.
